This is the game me and 2 other colleagues made during the Global Game Jam. We aimed to make a single-player arena in which the player is a wizard and needs to fight different monsters. The interesting part is that the abilities the wizard can use are not fixed, they are instead determined by some cards which can be found around the play area. The cards are consumable items and when they are used they are destroyed.

My role in this project was as a technical artist and I was responsible for creating the shader, 3d models, and particles for the cards (which you can see down below) and implementing a basic card system. Since the cards were such a hugely important element of the gameplay I spent most of my time trying to make them as good as possible.
